It is mainly divided into integral bearing and split bearing. The repair method can be selected according to the following classification conditions:
Integral bearing
(1) When the bearing hole is worn, it is generally corrected by replacing the bearing and boring, reaming or scraping the bearing hole; the plastic deformation method can also be used, that is, shortening the bearing length and reducing the inner diameter.
(2) After the bearing bore without bearing bush is worn, it can be corrected by inserting sleeve method, that is, boring the bearing hole, pressing in the processed bushing, and then trimming according to the journal to make it meet the matching requirements.
Split bearing
(1) Generally, bearing bush replacement is required under the following conditions:
Severe burning damage, large burning area and deep wear depth of tile mouth can not be saved by scraping and running in;
The bearing alloy of Bush lining is thinned to the limit size;
The bearing bush cracked or cracked severely;
The wear is severe and the radial clearance is too large to be adjusted.
(2) It is common to see scrape or severe gluing (Bush burning) of scraping bearing in operation.

(3) By adjusting the radial clearance bearing, the radial clearance is increased due to wear, which results in oil leakage, vibration and wear acceleration.
(4) With the increase of the operating time, the wear of the bearing gradually increases, forming the journal sinking, and the touch point increasing, which worsens the smooth condition and accelerates the wear.
(5) Repair welding and surfacing welding for wear, scratch, fracture or other defects of the bearing, repair welding or surfacing can be used.
Use flat chisel, scraper and other tools to clean the parts requiring repair welding, so that the surface is free of oil, residue and impurities, and the luster of metal is exposed;
Select the same data as the bearing material as the welding rod, and repair the bearing by gas welding. The thickness of the welding layer is generally 2-3mm, and the deep defect can be repaired by multi-layer welding;
When the repair welding area is large, the bearing bottom can be immersed in water for cooling, or intermittent operation, leaving cooling time;
After repair welding, the local repair welding can be finished and corrected by manual trimming and scraping, and the repair welding of large area can be machined on the machine tool.
(6) Re casting of bearing bush lining can not meet the requirements of repair welding or surfacing welding for the sliding bearing which is seriously worn and fails. At this time, it is very common to cast bearing alloy again.
Make preparation before pouring, including necessary tools, data and equipment, such as fixture and flat plate for fixing bearing bush, bearing alloy with the same trademark according to drawing requirements, tin powder and tin rod for hanging tin, heating furnace for melting bearing alloy, crucible for bearing alloy, etc.
Before pouring, the old bearing alloy on the bearing bush should be melted off, which can be roasted with a blowtorch or put into a crucible for melting the alloy.
Check and correct the tile back to make the inner surface of the tile back have no oxide and appear silver gray; make the geometry of the tile back meet the technical requirements; make the back of the tile expand a little before pouring, so as to ensure that it can fit well with the tile seat due to cooling and shortening after pouring.
