When

sleeve to suppress the end of the bearing ring, hammered the sleeve

When
the interference is large, you can use the oil bath heating or sensor
heating bearing method to install, heating temperature range of 80 ℃
-100 ℃, the maximum can not exceed 120 ℃. At the same time, apply the nut or other suitable method to fasten
the bearing to prevent the bearing from cooling in the direction of
shrinkage and the gap between the collar and the shoulder.
Single row tapered roller bearing installation should be adjusted for the final clearance. The clearance value should be determined according to the different working conditions and the size of the interference. If necessary, test should be carried out. Double row tapered roller bearings and pump shaft bearings at the
factory has been adjusted for the clearance, the installation does not
have to adjust.
After
the installation of the bearing should be carried out after the
rotation test, first for the rotation of the shaft or bearing box, if no
exception, then the power for no load, low speed operation, and then
depending on the operation to gradually increase the rotation speed and
load, and detect noise, vibration and temperature , Found abnormal, should stop running and check. Operation test is normal before delivery.
Second, the bearing disassembly: After the bearing is removed to be used, should use the appropriate removal tool. Disassemble the interference with the ring, can only be added to
the rally on the force, never allowed to transfer through the rolling

crushed.
