Oil free bearing is a new type of smooth bearing with both metal bearing characteristics and oil-free smooth bearing characteristics. It is loaded by metal matrix and smooth by solid material with special formula.
It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self smoothness ability. It is especially suitable for heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or rocking occasions where it is difficult to smooth and form oil film, and is not afraid of water erosion and other acid solution erosion and erosion.
It is widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machine, steel rolling equipment, mining machinery, ships, steam turbines, water turbines, injection molding machines and equipment production lines.
Oil free bearing means that the bearing can operate normally without or without oil, rather than without oil.
Advantage
In order to reduce the internal conflict and wear of bearings and prevent burning and sticking, most bearings need to add smooth oil to ensure stable and reliable operation of bearings, so as to extend the fatigue life of bearings;

Precautions for installation
The process of oil-free bearing installation is the same as other bearings. Some details should be paid attention to:
(1) Check whether there are bumps and protrusions on the cooperation surface of the shaft center and shaft shell.
(2) Whether there is dust or mold sand attached to the surface of the bearing shell.
(3) Even though they are slight bruises and protrusions, they should be removed with oil grindstone or fine sandpaper.
(4) In order to prevent bumping during loading, a small amount of smooth oil shall be applied to the surface of shaft and shaft shell.
(5) The hardness of oil-free bearings should not exceed 100 degrees because of overheating.
(6) The retainer and sealing plate of oil-free bearing bearing must not be forced.
