The bearing alloy layer determines the service life
Casting
bearing alloy layer can not be too thick (not counting the thickness of
the cast into the groove), because the aluminum-based ball retainer
ring too thick will weaken the rigidity of the bearing alloy; can not be
too thin, because the mill will inevitably wear during operation If the bearing alloy layer is thin, the service life of the bearing bush will be shortened. The thickness of the bearing alloy layer is generally 11-13 mm. In order to allow the oil to smoothly enter the oil film formed
between the spherical shell and the journal, the oil guide grooves on
both sides of the tile should be processed into a certain depth and
length.
In
order to prevent the bearing shell from being taken out of the housing
by the hollow shaft, a limited stop bush over-movement mechanism (brake
or pin) is mounted on the bearing housing. The limit mechanism must ensure that the bearing can rotate freely and cannot be carried out by the hollow shaft. This kind of structure can prevent the bearing shell from being taken out and can rotate freely. Can also play the above role, but also easy to check. These
two structures, in turn, prevent the bearing pad from being pulled out,
which limits the freedom of rotation of the bearing pad due to its
structure being unable to adjust and check the clearance. When working, pay attention to these issues. As a result of the burning of tiles in actual production, this structure is undesirable.
