level can be met, but there are special circumstances, perhaps on the
need for 5 or higher level of accuracy to meet.
Although
the above accuracy level is based on the ISO standard for the
development, but its name in the national standards are different. The following lists the accuracy levels of the various Jintai bearing types and the comparison between national standards.
Dimensional accuracy (items related to shaft and housing installation)
1, the diameter, diameter, width and assembly width of the allowable deviation
2, the roller group within the round diameter and outside the circle diameter of the allowable deviation
3, the allowable limits of the chamfer size
4, the allowable amount of change in width
Rotation accuracy (items related to rotating body beating)
1, the inner and outer ring allows radial runout and axial runout
2, the inner ring allows horizontal beating
3, the allowable variation of the inclination of the outer diameter surface
4, thrust bearing raceway thickness of the allowable changes in the amount
Jintai bearing load, applied to the load on the bearing, its nature, size, direction is changing. Normally, the rated base load is shown on the dimension table. But the axial load and radial load, etc., is also an important factor in the selection of suitable Jintai bearings. When the size of the ball and needle roller bearings, needle
roller Jintai bearings usually have a higher load capacity and withstand
greater vibration and shock load.
The
permissible speed is determined by factors such as the type, size,
accuracy, cage type, load, lubrication, and cooling method of the Jintai
bearing. Jintai
bearing table lists the standard precision bearings in the oil
lubrication and grease lubrication under the allowable speed. In general, deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball
bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for high-speed
operation of the occasion.
Jintai bearing size accuracy and rotation accuracy is based on ISO and JIS standards. For
machines requiring high precision and high speed operation, it is
recommended to use Jintai bearings with 5 or more precision, deep groove
ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings or cylindrical roller
bearings for high precision machining machines. Rigidity, when the Jintai bearing rolling body and raceway contact surface pressure, will produce elastic deformation. Some machines need to minimize elastic deformation. The roller bearing is smaller than the elastic deformation caused by the ball bearing.
In addition, in some cases Jintai bearings are subject to preload to increase rigidity. This
procedure is usually used for deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust
ball bearings and tapered roller bearings inner and outer ring bias,
shaft bending, shaft or bearing box tolerance changes, with the error
will lead to eccentric inner and outer ring. To
prevent eccentricity is too large, self-aligning ball bearings,
self-aligning roller bearings, or aligning housings are the preferred
choice. Voice
frequency and torque, rolling bearings are manufactured according to
high precision standards, so the voice and force small. Deep groove ball bearings, and cylindrical roller bearings for low voice, low torque have special requirements of the occasion.
