2. The composite bearing has strict quality inspection when leaving the factory, but generally speaking, when installing the composite bearing, it is still necessary to determine whether the matching surface of the shaft and bearing body has bumps, protrusions, etc. Whether there is dust or mold sand attached to the bearing shell surface. Before installation, if any, remove it with oil grindstone, fine sandpaper or clean cloth.
3. Before the installation of composite bearing, in order to avoid bumping during the installation, a small amount of lubricating oil shall be applied to the working surface of shaft and bearing body. The compound bearing produced by Jintai bearing has its own lubricating oil.
