According to the different structure of sliding bearing, it can be divided into the following types:
1、 Shaft sleeve
1) The inner diameter of shaft sleeve exceeds the maximum value of bearing rules of gear pump, that is, the maximum allowable clearance of shaft diameter plus bearing;
2) When the outer diameter of shaft sleeve is less than the minimum value of regular dimension of steel sleeve bearing, and SF-1 method of knurled sliding oil-free bushing can not ensure the quality requirements;
3) When the shaft sleeve is burnt or the shaft is held.
2、 Split bearing
1) When the bearing alloy is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1 / 2;
2) When the bearing alloy layer is shelled and cracked seriously, the area is more than 1 / 3;
3) The bearing alloy layer is severely burned;
4) When the contact angle between bearing alloy and shaft is greater than 120o, the contact angle can not be adjusted by scraping the surface of bearing mouth, or the side clearance is too large to be adjusted.
3、 Thin wall tile
1) The bearing alloy layer is melted;
2) When the bearing alloy layer is severely worn and bitten, and cannot be tightened by pad method;
3) When the bearing alloy layer is shelled or cracked;
4) The wear of bearing alloy layer is not serious, but the maintenance distance cannot be guaranteed;
5) If the alloy layer of bearing is worn, it is necessary to tighten the bearing by adding gasket, but when the thickness of gasket exceeds 0.5mm.
4、 Thrust bearing
1) When the thrust pad is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1 / 2;
2) When the thrust pad is burned and melted;
3) The thrust pad is shelled and cracked.
