certain axial load, regardless of the installation direction, the
bearing life is not affected by the axial load force.
1. Unloading bearings
(1) Remove the protective cover at both ends of the vibration
motor (vertical vibration motor without protective cover) and record the
percentage of excitation force when the eccentric block is working, so
as to restore the original working condition during installation;
(2) Remove the shaft at both ends by the retaining ring;
(3) Loosen the outer eccentric block fastening bolts, remove the outer eccentric block, the shaft key to remove the shaft key. Loosen the inner eccentric block fastening bolts, remove the eccentric block;
(4) Remove the bearing housing compression bolts, use appropriate
bolts screwed into the bearing housing removal screw hole, the bearing
housing from the top of the housing;
(5) Remove the bearing gland from the bearing housing, press the bearing out of the bearing housing or with a suitable screw;
(6) If the bearing is separable cylindrical roller bearing inner
and outer sleeve, the inner bearing sleeve should be removed from the
shaft and put into the original bearing sleeve;
(7) thoroughly clean the parts oil.
2. Install the bearings
Vibration Motor When replacing a new bearing, the same bearing as the original model number must be used.
(1)
Bearings are washed with kerosene, pressed into the bearing seat,
filled to the roller bearing outer ring Shell III Lithium Grease to two
thirds, with a net hand evenly coated, fitted with bearing gland, Bolts anti-seize the fastening bolts of the rubber compression bearing gland;
(2) The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing separable inside
and outside the sleeve, the bearing should be sleeved on the shaft and
in place;
(3) The bearing seat mounted on the case, if the grease hole, must be aligned. Use coated bolt anti-seize the fastening bolt compression bearing;
(4) inside and outside the eccentric block mounted on the shaft
and in place, the shaft key shaft key should be loaded into the keyway
and then install the outer eccentric block, the shaft with the ring
mounted on the shaft;
(5)
Tighten the eccentric block fastening bolt, turn the adjustable
eccentric block to reach the angular position before removal, and
tighten the fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial series;
(6) Vibration motor shield at both ends, with screws.
