How to choose connecting rod bushing?
Connecting rod bushing should be selected according to the piston pin diameter and the actual size of connecting rod bushing with small end bearing holes.The interference amount of the liner and the seat hole should be appropriate.Assembly of new bushing can be done on a press or bench vise.When pressing, the connecting rod and bushing must be put in the right position without deviation.After pressing the stainless steel rolling bushing, the integral bushing should be aligned with the oil hole.The two-stage bushing shall be pressed to the oil hole edge of the small end of the same connecting rod, and the excess part of the exposed end can be filed away.Then chamfering and lining assembly are done before reaming or filing.
