Composite
bearings are widely used in mold, automobile, metallurgical and mining,
marine shipbuilding, textile machinery, industrial machinery, oil
industry machinery, lifting equipment, food, printing, construction
machinery and other fields. Can be achieved without oil lubrication.
Relevant knowledge of composite bearing impregnation:
The
solid lubricant is impregnated with a porous material, impregnated with
a solid lubricant, a solid lubricant impregnated composite bearing, and
a solid lubricant stored in the bearing pad is continuously supplied
with a solid lubricant to the friction surface as the bearing is worn. Typical
composite bearings are made of carbon graphite as the base material,
impregnated with soft metal, polytetrafluoroethylene or inorganic.
The impregnation method includes: 1. impregnating the impregnated material into a molten state for vacuum impregnation.
2. With a hardened liquid as a carrier, the impregnant is placed therein for impregnation.
3.
With a volatile liquid as a carrier, the impregnant is dispersed
therein for impregnation, and then the liquid is volatilized.
4. The impregnation is carried out after vaporization. The impregnant not only acts as a lubricant, but also increases the strength of the matrix material.
